Dead Prez

Dead Prez are an underground political duo regarded by many as one of Hip‐Hop’s most challenging and thought‐provoking acts.

With their confrontational style, Dead Prez, consisting of Stic.man and M‐1, have built a reputation for delivering knowledge, wisdom and social consciousness in a way their audience can still party too. Inspired by US movements such as the Black Panther Party, Dead Prez are considered possibly the most politically‐conscious group since Public Enemy.

Summing up the group's aesthetic, Sticman says, "A man gotta be balanced. You can't just be about the pleasures."

Bassnectar

By combining sound and force with weight, the Bassnectar experience engulfs the senses. It is as physical as it is auditory; the adventure has no rules, no limitations, and no hesitation in fusing the familiar with the strange or the classic with the cutting edge.

Bassnectar is the brainchild of Lorin Ashton, and it exists as an open‐sourced musical project that is as diverse as it is heavy, as raw as it is meticulous, and as fierce as it is imaginary. Bristol born and bred; Distorted Minds is the story of two like minded individuals coming together and living a dream. This duo is responsible for some of the biggest tracks in recent DnB history. Since the outfit’s inception almost a decade ago, their passage can only be measured by means of an upward curve.

Chasing shadows unique sound is currently exploding all over the planet. With the massive track ‘It Was Written’, Chasing Shadows’ dark production style broke through. These talented producers will no doubt be household names very soon.

Eddie K’s story is what the dance music scene is all about ‐ he's got to where he is today through dedication, time and passion that is unsurpassable. Now one of Dubstep's rising stars, his recent Serial Killa release is a coming of age.
