NEWS: 50 Cent Suggests T.I's Wife Should Own Up To Drug Charges

Rapper T.I. and his wife Tameka 'Tiny' Cottle have been arrested on drug charges in Hollywood (read more about T.I's drug charges) – and 50 Cent has given his legal advice on the situation.

The pair were stopped by police on Sunset Boulevard on September 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, reports the Associated Press.

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department said: "Deputies smelled a strong odour of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. A narcotics investigation ensued. Bail was set at US$10,000 and it has not been made public if the pair have been released from police custody yet."

Meanwhile, 50 Cent has taken to Twitter to give the pair advice on the situation. Writing on his official page, Twitter.com/50cent, he said that Cottle should take the charge : "Tiny gotta take that charge," he wrote. "Say it was yours baby."
