NEWS: Beastie Boys Release New Short Film 'Fight For Your Right Revisited'

Let it be said, when the Beastie Boys do something, they do it BIG! The Brooklyn-bred rap group have just released their star studded new short film that revisits the groups first mega-hit, '(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)'. And damn it is impressive! Watch the film below.

As reported earlier, '(You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party)' stars Danny McBride, Elijah Wood and Seth Rogen star as 1986 circa versions of the Beasties, with Will Ferrell, Jack Black and John C. Reilly mirroring them as their older selves from the future.

They are joined in the film by cameos from Stanley Tucci, Susan Sarandon, Rashida Jones, Will Arnett, Adam Scott, Rainn Wilson, Ted Danson, Roman Coppola, Steve Buscemi, Amy Poehler, Jason Schwartzmann, Alicia Silverstone, Laura Dern, Kirsten Dunst, Chloe Sevigny, Maya Rudolph, David Cross, and Martin Starr.

'Fight For Your Right Revisited' has been released to coincide with the upcoming release of the Beastie Boys long-anticipated new album, Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, the film also features cameos from the real Beasties Adam Yauch (who directed), Adam Horovitz and Mike D. Of course, who feature as cops in half hour short film.
