NEWS: Christina Aguilera To Divorce Husband On 9/11

You may have heard that Christina Aguilera and her husband of five years Jordan Bratman have separated. Well today the couple have announced that they are to get divorced.

According to the divorce petition filed in L.A. Superior Court (available on celebrity gossip site E!), Christina is seeking joint physical and leagal custody of the couple's 2 year old son Max. Also, the date of the legal sepparation is set to be September 11th 2011!

The couple entered the marrage with a prenup so this divorce should be fairly straight forward.
