NEWS: David Lynch Announces Electro Album

Tuesday , 30 Nov 2010

David Lynch, the American filmmaker, is set to release an electro album in 2011.

The first single, a double A side 'Good Day Today'/'I Know' is available for download now. David is set to release the single and album through Radio 1 DJ, Rob Da Bank's London based record label Sunday Best.

David Lynch has said “I am very happy to be with Sunday Best with the songs 'Good Day Today' and 'I Know'. This feels like a good partnership and I’m looking forward to everyone having a good day today. In all my films, I have always been very involved with all that one hears. The creation of this record was a natural extension of my love of sound and music."

It's not unusual for David Lynch to experiment in different forms of art. He is a prolific painter and released 'Dark Night Of The Soul', a collaboration with Sparklehorse and Danger Mouse, earlier this year.
