NEWS: Death Cab For Cutie's Frontman Plays Solo Gig

Friday , 05 Nov 2010

Last night, Death Cab for Cutie frontman Ben Gibbard played a solo acoustic show at Seattle's Crocodile, a benefit for the homeless youth organization Teen Feed. The End was there to blog about it. According to The End, Gibbard's set mostly featured Death Cab songs (and the Postal Service's "Such Great Heights"), as well as a few left turns.

Gibbard playing an unnamed new song and covering Radiohead's "All I Need on Piano". Then, later in the show, he brought out his movie-star wife Zooey Deschanel for a harmonized duet on the Seekers' oldie "I'll Never Find Another You".
