NEWS: Escape The Fate To Play NZ With Support From Oh Sleeper

Las Vegas post-hardcore group Escape The Fate are set to return to NZ for the second time with the announcement of an all ages show at The Studio on Tuesday May 3rd. In support will be Texan metalcore act Oh Sleeper and Auckland based screamo band Broken Avenue.

Hailing from Las Vegas, the world’s most outlandish city, Escape The Fate are conquering crowds and packing venues throughout the world, enslaving a legion of faithful fans at each stop with their brand of boisterously addictive rock.

On their latest, self-titled album, Escape The Fate delivers an addictive package full of furious energy, blending arena rock reminiscent of the 90’s while making a stamp on what the future for rock is. Texans Oh, Sleeper will join Escape The Fate for their first New Zealand appearance after a successful Australian tour in September 2010. From playing stages across the globe with the likes of Underoath, Bring Me The Horizon and Every Time I Die, it is evident through their live performances and albums that Oh, Sleeper are masters of their art. New Zealand fans will have the privilege of being among the first to hear tracks from the bands as yet untitled third studio album which is slated for a mid-2011 release.
