NEWS: Green Day Stun Fans With 15 New Songs At Suprise Show
Tuesday , 16 Aug 2011
Green Day have stunned fans by debuting 15 new tracks at a suprise last minute show at the Tiki Bar 1700 Placentia in Costa Mesa, California last week.
The ‘American Idiot’ rockers debuted a list of new tracks, including a cover of Ozzy Osbourne’s ‘Goodbye to Romance’ and a version of their side project Foxboro Hot Tubs’ ‘It’s Fuck Time’.
New tracks debuted included their set opener ‘Nuclear Family’, ‘Too Young To Die’ and ‘Wow, That’s Loud’, along with 12 other tracks. See below for the full tracklist.
The band then played a number of their hits during their encore. Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong recently stated that the band had been back in the studio working on a new album, but debuting so many new songs at a live show may suggest that they are quite far along with the process.
