Thursday , 12 May 2011

Some of New Zealand's finest musicians are going to be hitting the pavement and busking for children with cancer on Friday 20th of May as part of The Big Busk.

The initiative has been set up by the Child Cancer Foundation and is being supported by artists such as Avalanche City, Barnaby Weir, Black River Drive, Greg Johnson, Iva Lamkum, Jassion Kerrison, Jonny Love, Lisa Crawley, Luger Boa, Lydia Cole, Massad and Shortland Streets Amanda Billing.

Head over to The Big Busk (here) to see each of the above musicians fundraising page and where and when they will be busking.

The main event will take place on Friday 20th May between 11am and 2pm in all major cities throughout New Zealand with all money raised going directly to supporting children and their families on their child cancer journey.
