NEWS: Ladyhawke To Release Comeback Single Very Soon

Ladyhawke is back in the game and is planning to release her new comeback single sometime in the next few months.

The six time Tui Award winner wrote on her Twitter page yesterday the following update, "Getting the ball rolling, first single out in the nxt few months. Can't wait to get back into it again!".

Ladyhawke has been busy at work in the south of France at her producer Pascal Gabriel's home working on the follow up to her self titled debut.

Speaking to Stuff.co.nz back in January the pint sized rocker explained the classic sophmore record struggles she's endured on album No.2.

"It’s been really weighing me down. It’s that second album thing, people always talk about it and it’s true. It is really stressful and I just keep thinking people are going to want to hear a 'Paris is Burning' or 'My Delirium' but I'm not going to have those songs, it’s going to be a completely different album and style".

But fans can rest assured the new record is "still pop, just a bit darker and a bit rockier".
