NEWS: Lil Wayne To Be Released From Prison Early
Sunday , 18 Jul 2010

Rapper Lil Wayne’s one-year sentence has been cut down by several months. The rapper is now expected to be released from Rikers Island in November, four months early. Lil Wayne has been serving time at Rikers Island since March 8, 2010 and an early release date for the rapper is heavily reliant upon him not receiving any infractions or violations.
Earlier this week a letter from Lil Wayne, addressed to his fans, was posted on his Website WeezyThanxYou.com.
“Let me just say that I have the best fans in the world! The devotion, dedication, support, love, and most of all, prayers are simply the best,” said Lil Wayne in his letter. “I never imagined that I could have such an impact on people’s lives. Because of this, I vow to be a bit more careful of what I say.”
A rep for the rapper has yet to confirm the report of Lil Wayne’s early release.
