NEWS: Muse Split Rumours Dismissed As Hoax

Rumours circulating on the internet this week that Muse are set to split have been revealed as an elaborate hoax.


The rumours started when a fake NME.com website was created explaining the bands demise. The web page alleged the English rockers were calling it quits after fighting whilst recording their sixth studio album. The news story has subsequently been squashed by the band's representatives and the fake webpage has since been taken down.

The group are currently in the studio working on the follow-up to 2009's The Resistance with a planned release in late 2012.
