NEWS: New Captain America: The First Avenger Trailer Has Arrived!

The new trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger has finally arrived, and damn it looks good!

The film stars Chris Evans (Fantastic Four) as Steve Rogers, a small and very weak young man who wants to join the US Army and take on the Nazis' in World War II. Despite constant rejection for not fitting the physical requirements, Rogers is offered an opportunity to take part in a new program headed up by Dr. Abraham Erskine (Stanley Tucci) who is trying to create super soldiers to combat Hitler's blitzkrieg. Rogers can’t resist, and to cut a long story short Captain America is born.

Captain America: The First Avenger also stars Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Hugo Weaving and Sebastian Stan. The film is directed by Joe Johnston, who is no stranger to WWII-era comic book characters, having directed 1991's The Rocketeer.

All in all we're really excited about this one. Judging by the trailer there seems to be a nice mixture of blockbuster action, an inspirational lead character, beautiful women, weird science, cool gadgets, a kick-ass shield and a sweet looking bad guy in the evil Red Skull, played by Hugo Weaving.
