NEWS: Relient K And The Jury & The Saints Support Paramore

Solid Entertainment is pleased to announce Relient K from the USA and our very own The Jury & The Saints are the special guests for Paramore's New Zealand dates.

Relient K are a pop rock powerhouse having released a total of five full length albums and perfected the art of making catchy, powerful and emotion laced music. Billboard praised new album Forget and Not Slow Down saying “this may be the best album that Relient K has ever put out, period!”

As Goodnight Nurse and Streetwise Scarlet disbanded, Rowan and Jesse formed The Jury & The Saints and wrote a whole bunch of insanely infectious pop hits in waiting. Scoring the opening spot for Paramore earlier in the year, their onstage adrenalin rush and stage antics hit the spot perfectly with audience and headliners alike. So much so that Paramore extended a personal invitation to play with them across all their Australian and New Zealand dates upon their return in October!

Despite a viral online petition for Kiwi up-and-comers Ivy Lies to open for the Tennesse rockers they failed to grab a support slot, although they are now set to open for fellow pop punk band You Me At Six who are good friends with Paramore.

A few of petitions were created in the lead up to this announcement. The first was created by CiaraX for Ivy Lies to open for Paramore and it recieved 68 signatures. The second was created by Nodlove for Ivy Lies not to open for Paramore and recieved 71 signatures. There was also this Twitition created by @ohmygeeitsandy for Ivy Lies to open for Paramore and it recieved 3116 signatures.
