NEWS: Ruby Frost Releases New Video For 'Porcupine'

One of our favourite up and coming kiwi acts, Auckland based electro-pop singer Ruby Frost, has just released the video for her new single 'Porcupine'. Watch the video for 'Porcupine' below.

'Porcupine' is off Frost's forthcoming debut album, which she recently finished in New York with producer Chris Zane (Passion Pit, The Walkmen, Holy Ghost, Friendly Fires). The album will be released by Universal Music early in 2012 and judging off what we've heard and been treated to so far our expectations for the record are at an all time high.

Speaking about her latest release, Frost had the following description for the new single. "Porcupine is a tortured song about falling in love. I wrote it when I was starting a new relationship, and repeatedly found myself banging my head against the wall with trust issues. It's about wanting to let someone in, but holding them at a distance due to my prickly porcupine of a heart."
