NEWS: Slipknot & Stone Sour Frontman To Release Tell All Book
Wednesday , 09 Mar 2011

Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor has announced that he will be releasing an autobiography entitled The
Seven Deadly Sins: Settling the Argument Between Born Bad And Damaged Good.
“For the first time, Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor speaks directly to his fans and shares his worldview
about life as a sinner. And Taylor knows how to sin. As a small-town hero in the early ’90s, he threw himself into a
fierce-drinking, drug-abusing, hard-loving, live-for-the moment life", a press release notes.
Taylor and his band Stone Sour have just finished up their Australian tour as part of the Soundwave Festival. In a recent
interview with Undercover.com.au Taylor said the chances of his other band, Slipknot, recording a new album without late
bassist Paul Gray are slim, "I don't see it happening. And if it does, it'll be way way down the line. There is a such a huge
piece missing now. A piece so huge that the fans can't even understand". Taylor describes Gray as the band's "lynchpin"
and said it would be very hard to imagine recording without him.
Paul Gray died of a suspected overdose in May 2010.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Settling the Argument Between Born Bad And Damaged Good is due for release on
July 12th via Ebury press.
