NEWS: System Of A Down, Slipknot & Limp Bizkit To Headline Soundwave Festival

After months of rumours and ruling out bands, the first announcement of the 2012 lineup for Australian music festival Soundwave has been announced.

The sixth installement of the Australian rock festival will be headlined by Armenian-American rockers System of the Down, recently re-united masked metallers Slipknot and Fred Durst's Limp Bizkit. Other big name acts on the bill include Marilyn Manson, Machine Head, Lamb Of God , Lostprophets and Hole lead by the enigmatic Courtney Love.

The festival spans from February 25 to March 5, with shows in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
