NEWS: The White Stripes Release $499 Merchandise Collection

The White Stripes have announced details of a limited-edition merchandise collection.

Released on December 21, the set features a White Stripes portable record player and LP record box, among other things, plus a copy of 'Merry Christmas From The White Stripes' on a red seven-inch vinyl.

Limited to 333 sets and priced at $499, a similar Third Man Records collection will also be released. Pre-orders begin on December 1.

Meanwhile, Laura Marling has also worked with White to cover Neil Young's 'The Needle And The Damage Done', which is due out on November 15.
