NEWS: Tragedy Rocks Slipknot

The grammy award winning band know for creepy masks, and hardcore metal and mourning the death of bassist Paul Gray. the 38 year old, known as "The Pig" was found dead in an Urbandale hotel room in Iowa on Monday. A medical examiner has scheduled an autopsy for Tuesday, how ever it has already been said by police that foul play is not suspected. back in 2003, Gray was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and cocaine, indicating that the rocker had drug issues. His mugshot is also one of the rare photos that show a member of the band’s actual face. L.A born Gray was one of the only 3 members of Slipknot (also including Shawn "Clown" Crahan and Joey Jordison)who have been there since its conception. The rocker's cause of death will be determined when the toxicology results are returned.

Slipknot has collected seven Grammy nominations over the years, winning in 2006 for Best Metal Performance for "Before I Forget."
