NEWS: Weezer To Play Vector Arena In January

Californian pop punks Weezer will be making their way to New Zealand in January for the first time since their 1996 Pinkerton tour, where they rocked the Logan Campbell Centre supported by the now defunct, but fondly remembered, Garaland in 1996.

In even better news, the group will be playing the Blue album in it's entirety, alongside various b-sides and rarities, so get your sing-along voices ready to belt out 'Say It Ain't So', 'Buddy Holly', 'Undone (The Sweater Song)', 'Surfwax Amer... well OK, the whole album basically.

Check out frontman Rivers Cuomo in all his nerdtastic glory, playing 'Buddy Holly' live in Japan. This is what we have to look forward to. Sweet:
