TrinityRoots, one of Aotearoa’s most loved and influential bands, announce their historic reformation this October. TrinityRoots will perform together for the first time in over five years for three very special shows in Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland reuniting it’s three members: Warren Maxwell (lead vocals/guitars/keyboards), Rio Hunuki-Hemopo (bass/vocals) and Riki Gooch (drums/vocals).

NZ music is on the big screen and TrinityRoots are centre stage. The film is a documentary which captures the journey of the Wellington band TrinityRoots over a tirade of events, from band rehearsals, touring, recording, performing right to the end where the band decided to call it quits in 2005. The film also draws on generous footage that reveals compelling interviews with friends, family, critics and other musicians alike. The 70 minute documentary Trinity Roots: Music is choice, has screened in Auckland this week and will follow on to Wellington and Christchurch.

A CD and DVD package that captures this magical trio at their peak live in concert and reveals the heart and soul of the sorcery that created that magic. TrinityRoots, after six years, two and a half albums and many gigs across the earth, played their final concert February 13th 2005 in a sellout show at the Wellington Town Hall. It has been a long wait for fans - but finally, Music Is Choice is offered to fill the void with live audio from their last concerts on CD packaged with feature length music documentary and bonus footage on DVD.

Wellington three-piece TrinityRoots are set to release a new CD/DVD September 6th titled 'Music Is Choice'. It is to be released as a CD and DVD package that captures the essence of TrinityRoots through live recordings, interviews and an in-depth behind the scenes look at one of this country’s finest bands. 6 years on since their final sold-out Wellington show in Febuary 2005, Music Is Choice is sure to fill the void for all TrinityRoots fans.
